APPLICATION PROCESS
Elementary/Middle School in Playa Vista
The Argo Navis application process begins each fall for the next school year for TK-8th grade at our Playa Vista campus. Candidates are urged to apply early. Decisions are released in March, with acceptances offered based on availability of space.

Choose a date to attend a elementary/middle school tour

After attending the tour, a follow-up email will be sent including:

Transcript and recommendation forms

Complete and submit the application

Once an application has been received, the admissions department will contact families of students for a Shadow Day (children ages 6 and up) so the student can spend some time on campus.

After the application has been received, we require the following items be emailed to admissions@theargoschool.com (please refer to the 2025 deadlines):

Transcript and recommendation forms

1 year of student grades/transcripts sent from former school(s) if applicable.

If applying for our needs-based Financial Aid, please indicate that in the application and we will send you a link to create a profile through the FAST website. There you will be asked to submit the appropriate information (making sure to upload supporting documents). A Financial Aid letter will be attached to the final decision letter informing the family of eligibility and any amount being allocated.

Once we have assessed student candidacy for admission, a letter of decision will be sent to the family. If the student is accepted, they will also be sent an enrollment contract.

A non-refundable enrollment deposit (one month of tuition) is due at time of contract signing – that amount will be used for the student’s last month of school at Argo Navis. A space is not reserved until a signed contract and deposit has been received.
